This policy describes what information alpharettasda.com (the website of Alpharetta Seventh-day Adventist Church, 375 Fowler Road, Alpharetta, GA 30004) collects and how it is used.

Contact form

If you use the form on our Contact Us page, you provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, marital status, gender, birthdate and an optional message. The form sends this information to the church so that we can respond to you. The form is processed by a web service operated by CalTech Web, the firm that built and maintains this site.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs. Turnstile runs in your browser when the form loads and may collect technical information about your browser and connection for that purpose, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors reach the site, and whether links such as the phone number and email address are selected. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. We do not send the phone numbers or email addresses you select to Google Analytics, only that a link was selected and on which page. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting data by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Third-party services on this site

Some pages load content from other services. They may collect information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies:

  • YouTube, for sermon video. The video player loads only after you press play.
  • Google Maps, for the map of the church location.
  • Planning Center (Church Center), for the event calendar, giving, bulletin and sign-up forms.
  • SoundCloud, Apple Podcasts and Spotify, for podcast links.

Giving is handled by Planning Center or Adventist Online Giving. Payment details are entered on their sites, not on this one.
